Q Are tips included in the prices?
A Tips are generally appreciated and is a measure for drivers to understand customer satisfaction. We generally recommend $10 for airport charters and $20 for all other charters.
Q What kind of payment methods are available?
A We generally accept two types of payment. Customers can either directly visit our office located in the DFS Galleria buidling of Waikiki, Hawaii or they can provide us with their credit card information through a method that the customer prefers. Credit Card information can be securely submitted over the internet via our credit card security form or if you prefer, information can also be submitted over the phone or by fax.
Q For Airport Charters, where do I meet up with the driver?
A When being picked up at the airport, we generally meet customers at the baggage claim for your flight. However with international flights, we meet up customers at the "individual exit" for international flights.
Q How do I find my driver?
A Driver's will have a board that reads your name.


Q How many bags will fit in the trunk of a limousine?
A
The trunk of the limousine is about the same size as a standard sedan vehicle. Generally, the trunk will fit about 3~4 suit cases (although it depends on the size of the suit case). If you plan to carry more than 3~4 suit cases, an extra vehicle for your luggage can be arranged for an additional $40.
Q How long does it take to get from Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki?
A It takes about 30 minutes. (Could take more or less depending on traffic conditions.)
Q Are the prices listed on this website per vehicle?
A Yes, the prices listed is per vehicle base. Within the passenger capacity, any number of passengers can ride our vehicles and the prices will not change.


Q I'm thinking of a custom charter. Are there any locations that you can recommend?
A Hawaii is an excellent destination for travellers. There are many attractions for every type of traveller. Popular destinations include, Peal Harbor, Arizona Memorial, Kamehameha Statue, Diamond Head, Dole Plantation, Hanauma Bay and many other locations.
Q Are there places that limousines cannot enter?
A Round Top Drive of the Tantalus Hills cannot be entered by limousine. In addition, all commercial vehicles are not allowed to enter the holy land of "Heiau" of Hawaii. Most other locations are acessible by limousine.
Q I am planning to charter a vehicle overnight. Do you charge nightly rates?
A Yes, night time rates are an additional 15% to the regular rates (10PM-6AM).
